Created diamonds are real diamonds. They are optically, physically and chemically the same as mined stones, and they differ only in where they began. That means the fire, the hardness and the colourless clarity you expect from a 1ct diamond, at a price that reflects the stone rather than the mining and the marketing.
Every stone in The One is graded D or E colour and VS1 to VS2 clarity, so what you see on the page is what arrives.

- What is The One Collection?
- The One is our 1ct collection of created diamond jewellery. Each ring, necklace and pair of stud earrings carries 1.00ct of created diamond, set in a 9ct yellow gold bezel, in five shapes: emerald, oval, pear, heart and round brilliant.
- Are the diamonds in The One Collection real?
- Yes. Created diamonds are real diamonds with the same optical, physical and chemical properties as mined diamonds. They differ only in origin, grown in a laboratory rather than dug from the earth, and they are not simulants such as cubic zirconia or moissanite.
- What colour and clarity are the diamonds?
- Every piece in The One is D or E colour and VS1 to VS2 clarity, so the stone reads as colourless and clean to the eye. On the earrings, the 1.00ct is the combined weight of the pair.
- What metal is The One Collection made from?
- All pieces are made in 9ct yellow gold with a polished bezel setting. The bezel wraps the stone in a smooth rim of gold, so it sits securely and wears comfortably every day.
- Does The One come with a certificate?
- Yes. Every order is accompanied by a Selene Origins certificate of authenticity.
- How much does The One Collection cost?

- Emerald is sleek and architectural, oval elongates the finger, pear is distinctive and graceful, heart is romantic, and round brilliant is the most sparkling and classic. If you are unsure, the round and oval are the easiest to wear every day.

- Use our ring size guide if you are unsure. We offer free resizing in the first year on eligible rings.
- How long does delivery take and can I return my piece?
- UK delivery is free, tracked and insured, typically arriving in 3 to 5 working days once dispatched. You have 30 days from receipt to try a piece at home and return it unworn in its original packaging.
